Tu pourras toujours r\u00e9partir les personnes en trois groupes, par exemple lorsque tu demandes leur avis sur tes id\u00e9es.<\/p><ul><li>Tu as les <em>naysayers<\/em>, ils se plaindront toujours. Ils sont toujours minoritaires, m\u00eame si cela ne semble pas toujours le cas.<\/li><li>Ensuite, il y a les <em>indecisives<\/em>; au d\u00e9part, ils n\u2019ont pas imm\u00e9diatement de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. C\u2019est toujours le groupe le plus important.<\/li><li>Enfin, \u00e0 droite, tu as les <em>supporters<\/em>; ils soutiendront tes id\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul><p>Suis ces conseils en tant que leader d\u2019\u00e9quipe et tu constateras un changement positif au sein de ton entreprise.<\/p><h2>N\u2019essaie pas de convaincre les naysayers<\/h2><ul><li>Trop souvent, les leaders d\u2019\u00e9quipe tentent de vaincre les naysayers sans se rendre compte des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts qu\u2019ils causent ainsi. En donnant de l\u2019attention aux naysayers, les indecisives adopteront leur comportement et deviendront eux aussi des personnes qui disent non. En outre, la moiti\u00e9 des supporters se mettront \u00e9galement \u00e0 se plaindre pour obtenir de l\u2019attention, ce qui aboutira \u00e0 un grand groupe de personnes n\u00e9gatives.<\/li><li><em>Naysayers<\/em> semblent \u00eatre un grand groupe, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ils paraissent plus nombreux qu\u2019ils ne le sont et ne repr\u00e9sentent qu\u2019environ \u00b110 % du groupe.<\/li><li>Laisse-les \u00eatre insatisfaits ; ils finiront par partir ou par changer. N\u2019oublie pas que tu n\u2019as pas \u00e9chou\u00e9 en tant que leader d\u2019\u00e9quipe lorsqu\u2019ils partent.<\/li><li>Lorsqu\u2019ils partent, tu continueras \u00e0 recevoir des critiques ; celles-ci seront constructives et non du pur n\u00e9gativisme. Si tout le monde \u00e9tait simplement d\u2019accord, tu ne ferais probablement rien d\u2019important.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"translation-block\">Ne donne pas d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne aux naysayers<\/h2><ul><li>Ne les critique pas activement et ne leur donne pas d\u2019attention.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Lorsqu\u2019il y a des plaintes, essaie de t\u2019arr\u00eater sur le nombre de personnes qui se plaignent. Pose-toi les questions suivantes : \u00ab Est-ce une petite minorit\u00e9 ? \u00bb et \u00ab Vais-je \u201cblesser\u201d les supporters qui sont satisfaits en concentrant mon attention sur la minorit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative ? \u00bb<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"translation-block\">Focus sur les supporters<\/h2><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">En accordant de l\u2019attention aux supporters, le plus grand groupe, \u00e0 savoir les indecisives, suivra ce mouvement. La moiti\u00e9 des naysayers \u00e9volueront aussi vers le positif, l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 partira. Ils chercheront quelque chose qui leur correspond mieux, ce qui est finalement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les deux parties.<\/li><li>La <em>supporters<\/em> Les supporters sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus silencieux ; cela peut donner l\u2019impression qu\u2019ils sont peu nombreux, mais ils sont bien l\u00e0.<\/li><li>En tant que leader d\u2019\u00e9quipe, pense aux meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments de ton entreprise : sont-ils satisfaits ?
